Vexcite Bikes 1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage:
Vexcite Bikes offers a 1-year limited warranty on all of our e-bikes, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Covered:
1. Battery:
• The battery is covered under this warranty for 1 year. This includes defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper charging, water damage, or the use of a non-approved charger.
2. Motor and Electronics:
• The motor, controller, sensors, and display units are covered under this warranty. Coverage applies only if these components are used under normal conditions and within the bike’s design parameters. Tampering, exposure to water, extreme temperatures, or unauthorized modifications will void this warranty.
3. Frame and Fork:
• The frame and fork are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, overloading, or alterations.
4. Wear and Tear Exclusions:
• Consumable items such as tires, brake pads, chains, and cables are not covered under this warranty.
• Regular maintenance is required to keep your bike in good working order. Failure to perform necessary maintenance may void this warranty.
5. Usage Conditions:
• This warranty is valid only for normal, intended use. It does not cover damage resulting from racing, off-road use, or carrying loads beyond the bike’s specified capacity.
6. Warranty Claims Process:
• To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Vexcite Bikes with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.
• Vexcite Bikes reserves the right to repair or replace any defective components at our discretion.
7. Shipping Costs:
• For the first 30 days from the date of purchase, Vexcite Bikes will cover shipping costs for any warranty claims. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty will be void if:
The bike has been modified in any way, including but not limited to modifications to the frame, electronics, or mechanical components.
The controller has been tuned or tampered with via a tuning cable, which we are able to detect.
The bike has been used for purposes other than its intended use.

Limitation of Liability:
Vexcite Bikes is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
