1. Shipping Methods and Costs
1.1 Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping for all orders. The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination and total weight of the order.
1.2 Shipping Time: Once your bike is shipped, standard shipping typically takes 2-6 business days for delivery.
1.3 Processing Time: Since our bikes are hand-built, it generally takes 30-60 days for your bike to be ready for shipping. Once ready, your bike will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping Restrictions
2.1 Domestic Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States.
2.2 PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured. Vexcite Bikes ensures your purchase is protected during transit.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vexcitebikes.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. International Shipping
