1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
1.2 Condition: E-bike must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.
1.3 Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@vexcitebikes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2.2 Shipping the Return: The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. E-bike must be shipped to the address provided by our customer service team.
2.3 Risk of Loss: The Buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
3. Refunds
3.1 Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned e-bike, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
3.2 Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit may be issued.
3.3 Deductions: Any shipping fees, restocking fees, or other applicable charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Customized or modified e-bikes
• E-bikes that have been used or damaged by the Buyer
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted at the discretion of Vexcite. Please contact our customer service for more information.
6. Cancellation
6.1 Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will enter the processing stage, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
6.2 No Cancellations After Processing:
Once your order enters the "Processing" stage (when we begin sourcing parts and materials for your custom-built bike), it can no longer be canceled or refunded. You will receive a notification when your order reaches this stage, and from that point, the order is non-cancellable.
